What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Our Current Accessibility Efforts

We are actively working toward compliance with WCAG 2.0 guidelines (and are also reviewing WCAG 2.1 to further improve accessibility). We have taken steps to ensure that our website can be used by individuals with disabilities, including:

  • Adjusting content structure for ease of reading

  • Ensuring color contrast for readability

  • Ensuring videos, audio, and downloadable files are accessible via alt text descriptions
